2006 QuickWood Model Classic 1300 Vacuum (51”):
Model QRC-9-1300, 480v, 60 amp, made in Italy
Is designed for finish sanding and sealer sanding/de-nibbing of three dimensional work-pieces, or items with profiles.
For raised panel and flat doors, drawer fronts and moldings, hardwood, softwood or MDF.
The machine is equipped with 2.0 hp main motor, which drives the 9 cup heads, each 250mm in diameter.
Each head is spinning in the same direction and has variable speed of 100 – 700 rpm though an electronic inverter. The inverter for the cup brushes are 2.0 hp
The whole cup brush head is oscillating with 2 rows of cup brushes, 6 in each row offset from each other, the oscillation is controlled by a .75 hp motor
The height control of the cup heads are made by a gear motor, .75hp
The Head oscillation is adjustable by gear motor.
The cup brush head can be removed half way to the right and half way to the left for easy abrasives change, or one bolt can be unscrewed for removal of the cup brush head completely.
Reversal of the cub brush heads is possible by push of a bottom on the control panel.
This will allow for the use of two abrasives media in the same machine for better pre sanding and sealer sanding.
The machine has 2 pressure rollers for better hold down, and a vacuum system to hold down the parts.
The vacuum system is powered by a 4 hp motor.
The Sander requires 3 connections to dust collection each 6.5" in diameter. We recommend a minimum collection effort of 2000 CFM.
Please be advised that the dust created by the sanding action is extremely fine in nature!
